Leah has strong communication and negotiation skills, and she always put her client’s goals first. Born in Mainland China and studied her graduate degree in the States, she is fluent in Mandarin and English. More importantly, understanding the culture and protocol allows her to bring a powerful and authentic perspective to the table when communicating and negotiating on behalf of her clients. Prior to a career in real estate, Leah worked as a team leader and project manager on a variety of projects including retail & commercial, healthcare, hospitality and entertainment. Her favorite projects are the world class resort Disney land and Universal studios including Universal Beijing Resort. Leah also has her own design studio specializes in residential design. She is a sustainable design advocate with holding a credential of LEED AP, Accredited Professional for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.

As a Pasadena local resident over 25 years, she has a longstanding familiarity with the local area, schools, and the real estate market. She is a proud mother of two daughters. Her older daughter currently is a 11th grader at Polytechnic school in Pasadena, and her younger daughter is a 9th grader at San Marino High School. She is honored to serves as schools parent volunteer, and in her spare time, can be found running to the soccer field and cheering on her girls’ soccer teams.
